How old do I have to be to get a tattoo?

If I am under 18, can I get a tattoo with my parent or guardian's permission, if they will be present with me?

No, you cannot get a tattoo in Illinois if you are under 18, regardless of having parental or guardian consent.

What sanitary conditions are observed during tattooing?

All of our tattoo instruments are individually packaged and are for single use. They are unpacked immediately prior to the procedure and disposed of afterward. After each tattoo, the entire area, including countertops and furniture, is medically sanitized.

How long does the tattooing process take?

The time it takes to get a tattoo depends on a lot of things, such as the size, design intricacy and other factors such as your individual stamina. Our artist will be able to roughly evaluate the time needed to complete the job after seeing the tattoo design, size and place of the future tattoo on your body.
